or Worcester or elsewhere whatsoeuer they bee vnto the saied
Colledge Apperteyninge (The mancion house & the Scite of the saied
Colledge with their Appurtenaunces within the precinctes of the walls of the saied
Colledge vnto the saied warden & subwarden onlie excepted) To have &
to holde All the saied Mannors Landes Tenementes and all other the premisses with all
& singuler their Appurtenaunces (excepte before excepted) vnto the saied
Colledge belonginge or in Anie [wise] Apperteyninge vnto the saied William Barker
his executors & assignes from the ffeast of St Michaell tharchangell then laste
paste before the Date of the saied Indenture vnto thend & terme of
ffourescore & Twelve yeares then nexte ensueinge yelding & paieing
