and Assignes for & duringe the yeares then to Come of and in the same
yeldinge and payeinge therfore yearely after the ffeast of St Michell
Tharchangell next ensuynge the date of the said laste mencioned Indenture
for and duringe all the yeares mencioned in the said first mencioned Indenture
then to Come & not vn vnexpired vnto the said Iohn Barker his Executors Administrators and
Assignes one Annuall or yearly Rente of Twentie Seaven poundes Thirteene
shillinges ffowre pence by the yeare to be yssuyinge and goynge out of all
the Mannors Landes Tenementes Tyethes and hereditamentes in the said Indenture specified
To be paide yearly to the said Iohn Barker his Executors Administrators and
Assignes by the said Sir Iohn Hubaud knighte his Executors Administrators & Assignes
att the ffeastes of the Anuntiacion of our Lady and St Michaell Tharchangell
or within ffortie dayes of after the said ffeastes in the Porche of the parishe Churche
of Stratford aforsaid by yeven porcions And further payeinge doynge
and performynge all suche other Rentes duties & services as att enie tyme from
thenceforth and from tyme to tyme for and duringe the terme aforsaid shoulde
become due to anie person or persons for the same premisses or anie parte therof, and
therof to discharge the said Iohn Barker his Executors & Administrators And yff
yt shoulde happen the saied Twentie seaven poundes thirtene shillinges
ffoure pence to be behinde & unpaide in parte or in all by the space of ffortie dayes
